The $GNOSIS token rewards are primarily distributed to $UGA liquidity pool providers. Participants providing liquidity to $UGA/XRP pool receive $GNOSIS tokens based on their share of the pool, incentivizing proportional contributions. This reward mechanism creates a robust system for liquidity depth and market stability.

1. **Single-Sided Deposit:**
   * Depositing XRP increases the exchange rate in the liquidity pool.
   * Eligible for rewards.
2. **Double-Sided Deposit:**
   * Depositing equal amounts of $UGA with XRP maintains the exchange rate.
   * Deepens liquidity, maximizing ecosystem stability.
3. **Reward Compound Loop:**
   * Participants reinvest rewards into pools to create a compounding feedback loop.
   * Increases participant’s share of the pool and future rewards.
